Logistics Leader

About the role

The Logistics Leader will head a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring safety, quality and productivity while driving continuous improvement across plants, warehouses and logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead logistics functions including inventory control, warehousing, transportation, logistics planning, order processing and customer service.
• Monitor and improve operational performance using KPIs (safety, quality, service, productivity) and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Quality, Planning, Procurement and Manufacturing to resolve issues and enhance reliability.
• Manage the site logistics budget and achieve year‑over‑year cost improvements.
• Drive process improvement and operational redesign initiatives to meet evolving customer needs.
• Oversee fixed‑asset monitoring and support capital improvement projects.

Required profile

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in logistics and supply chain.
• Strong regional expertise with distributor management in complex markets.
• Extensive background in logistics strategy and planning within manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to work in multinational organizations.
• Advanced written and verbal English proficiency.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Project management experience.
• Knowledge of Lean and TPM methodologies.
