About the role

The Production Leader will oversee a medical device manufacturing line in Costa Rica, guiding associates through daily operations and handling administrative tasks to meet production targets. The role ensures that all activities follow Johnson & Johnson’s procedures, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the production line, directing associate activities and ensuring safe, efficient operations.
• Perform administrative duties such as documentation, reporting, and tracking of production metrics.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as corporate guidelines.
• Coordinate with support teams to resolve issues and maintain continuous workflow.
• Monitor performance against goals and drive improvements to meet quality and output objectives.

Required profile

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably in medical device production.
• Understanding of regulatory and quality requirements for medical products.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities to guide a diverse team.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
