Junior Technical Project Manager

About the role

The Junior Technical Project Manager will support the Advisors & Consulting Services team by managing defined workstreams or small projects, often embedded within software development or product teams. Working closely with engineers, testers and product owners, the role ensures agile delivery, tracks progress, manages risks and aligns outcomes with client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage defined workstreams or small projects within software development or product teams.
• Collaborate hands‑on with engineers, testers and product owners to support agile delivery.
• Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with client goals.
• Conduct complex analyses and prepare communications for clients and internal leadership.
• Develop practical recommendations and contribute to team discussions on analysis implications.
• Assist client staff with implementation tasks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide input on multiple small and large high‑value projects across various industries.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with interest in project management and consulting.
• Ability to work in cross‑functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset and capability to handle complex analyses.
