About the role

The Warehouse and Distribution Manager is responsible for overseeing storage, handling, and dispatch of finished products, inputs and spare parts across the assigned region. The role ensures a constant flow, availability and integrity of goods while complying with good manufacturing practices, industrial safety standards and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and control personnel, facilities and equipment to guarantee continuous product flow and integrity.
• Supervise inventory custody for products marketed by Molinos Modernos, preventing stockouts and ensuring availability.
• Consolidate inventory data from all warehouses to support demand planning, manufacturing, commercial and accounting departments.
• Prepare budgets for expenses, costs and investments related to warehouse operations.
• Develop performance indicators for warehouse staff to improve process efficiency and customer service.
• Coordinate and monitor the operation of finished‑product, input and spare‑part warehouses, ensuring proper storage, rotation and distribution.
• Lead improvement projects to meet GMP, safety norms and service quality standards.
• Manage order dispatch for flours and bakery products, meeting delivery schedules and customer expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field; degree preferred.
• 3‑5 years of experience in logistics, distribution, warehousing or supply chain within manufacturing, food or consumer goods industries.
• Proven leadership of operational and administrative teams, including warehouse, transport and distribution staff.
• Experience in route planning, FIFO methodology and service‑level indicator monitoring (Fill Rate).
• Cost‑management experience for distribution activities.
• Knowledge of occupational health and industrial safety regulations.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
