IT Consultant III

About the role

We are looking for an IT Consultant III who will act as a bridge between business users and the IT organization. The role involves defining business processes, gathering requirements, and contributing technically on project teams to deliver effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to solve business problems and meet project deadlines.
• Gather and document business, functional and non‑functional requirements using established methodologies.
• Develop business cases, assess ROI, and evaluate total cost of ownership for proposed solutions.
• Map current state processes to future state, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Support solution design, vendor evaluation, and integration of requirements with existing systems.
• Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives and maintain standard tools and templates.
• Escalate risks or issues as appropriate and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Proven experience in business analysis or IT consulting, preferably at a senior level.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated learner who seeks feedback and adapts to change.
