Inventory Control Analyst

About the role

The Inventory Control Analyst supports daily operational activities for AWS infrastructure supply chain operations. This position ensures accurate inventory records, resolves operational issues, and helps maintain efficient processes across data centers, DBS hubs, and rack integrator partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and execute daily allocation processes.
• Review and resolve invoices on hold, ensuring proper documentation and approval.
• Monitor and manage inventory holds and release processes.
• Create and manage purchase orders with AWS approval workflows.
• Prepare executive summaries and status updates for business forums.
• Track and report key inventory metrics and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of inventory processes and procedures.
• Support business reviews with data‑driven insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• Related studies in Business Administration, Logistics, or Accounting.
• 1‑2 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain operations, or a related field.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience strongly preferred.

Required skills

• SAP or similar ERP system proficiency.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Experience with inventory management systems and databases.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and identify trends or discrepancies.
