About the role
Join Autodesk’s fast‑growing sales team as an Inside Sales Representative. This early‑career position offers hands‑on experience with industry‑leading design software and the chance to develop foundational sales skills in a technology environment.
Key responsibilities
- Learn Autodesk’s product portfolio, competitor offerings, and current industry trends.
- Utilize Salesforce.com, Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to identify and engage potential customers.
- Work directly with prospects to understand their business challenges and propose Autodesk software solutions.
- Collaborate with teammates and sales leadership on strategic projects as needed.
- Transition qualified opportunities to senior sales representatives while building sales process knowledge.
Required profile
- Ability to quickly learn and use sales enablement platforms.
- Strong listening and critical‑thinking skills.
- Capacity to manage multiple daily tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Results‑driven with a track record of successful project completion.
- Team‑oriented and forward‑thinking attitude.
