Import & Export Analyst

About the role

Kerry is seeking an Import & Export Analyst to join its supply chain team. The role focuses on driving cost efficiency, optimizing logistics operations and strengthening relationships with key transport providers.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and compare costs between forwarders and logistics providers to identify savings opportunities.
• Monitor and manage transport providers, ensuring service levels meet company standards.
• Lead resolution of incidents and complaints with both providers and internal customers.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects aimed at operational efficiency and cost reduction.
• Audit logistics processes to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations and standards.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in logistics, import/export or supply‑chain roles.
• Proven experience managing suppliers and conducting cost analyses.
• Experience supervising staff is desirable.
• High‑intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
• Experience with tendering and savings projects is a plus.
