About the role
We are seeking a Head Golf Professional to lead the golf experience at Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica, Peninsula Papagayo. The role combines golf operations management, guest service, and instruction to ensure an exceptional experience for our guests.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with daily golf operations, including managing tee times and player registration.
- Ensure smooth flow of play on the course and maintain high standards of course readiness.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering inquiries and addressing any concerns.
- Conduct golf lessons and clinics for players of all skill levels, focusing on improving their game.
Required profile
- Demonstrated experience in golf instruction and operations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest service.
