Finance Manager – Green Valley Manufacturing

About the role

The Finance Manager will act as the Finance Business Partner for Zimmer Biomet's Green Valley manufacturing site in Costa Rica. You will lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities while ensuring compliance with corporate and local governance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop budget instructions, templates, and timelines for functional management.
• Communicate budget targets to senior leaders and review initial submissions for accuracy.
• Collaborate with local and regional finance teams to resolve planning and forecasting issues.
• Review monthly forecasts, analyze variances, and provide consolidated forecast information.
• Prepare and oversee financial reports to meet internal and external reporting requirements.
• Manage data gathering, processing, consolidation, and reporting of financial results.
• Stay updated on reporting standards and accounting developments affecting the business.
• Develop and maintain financial reporting systems and processes critical to the business.
• Create reports, presentations, and business communications on a recurring and ad‑hoc basis.
