Facility Manager – Regional Operations

About the role

As a Facility Manager at JLL you will lead regional operations that enhance employee experience and ensure workplace excellence. You will combine strategic facility oversight with people‑focused initiatives to keep client sites running smoothly and productively.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the regional Community Hosts team, providing guidance and performance support.
• Design and roll out employee experience programs, activations and engagement initiatives.
• Monitor experience metrics and produce reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site walkthroughs with Facility Management teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage change‑management processes, assessing impact and creating mitigation strategies.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems and critical equipment.
• Supervise vendor contracts (cleaning, cafeteria, technical services) and evaluate performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in facilities, property or hospitality management.
• Advanced English proficiency and strong communication, organization and problem‑solving abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and handle high‑pressure situations.
• Proven leadership experience with direct‑report development.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Proficiency with MS SharePoint.
• Knowledge of HVAC, chillers, fire protection and mechanical/electrical systems.
• Vendor management and performance evaluation.
