End User Support Specialist

About the role

The End User Support Specialist provides 2nd/3rd‑level on‑site assistance for incidents that cannot be resolved remotely, covering a range of IT applications, network connectivity, workstations and peripherals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily on‑site support to end users, ensuring technology services meet business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve 2nd/3rd‑level incidents related to applications, network connectivity, workstations and peripherals.
• Support employee onboarding by procuring, configuring equipment and provisioning accounts.
• Communicate professionally with business stakeholders, global IT teams and local support groups throughout the incident lifecycle.
• Deliver technical assistance and training for critical IT applications and document procedures.
• Take corrective actions for performance or functionality issues and adhere to health, safety and environmental policies.

Required profile

• Strong internal customer focus and ability to build productive relationships.
• 1–3 years of experience providing technical support for IT, ERP and network infrastructure.
• Experience participating in IT projects, system implementations and upgrades.
• Understanding of ITIL service management principles.

• SAP ERP (FI, CO) support.
• Softland Cloud (preferred).
• Halo incident, problem and asset management (preferred).
• Microsoft Intune device enrollment and Software Center.
• Office 365 support.
• SharePoint permissions management.
• ITIL framework knowledge.
