About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Dental Account Manager to lead the sales of our digital dentistry portfolio in Costa Rica. You will work closely with local distributors and dental practices to drive adoption of our scanners, printers and workflow solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Expand and manage the sales distribution network for dental digital products across Costa Rica, meeting assigned sales targets.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with distributors, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
- Develop deep product knowledge of scanners, printers, resins and software to represent the portfolio confidently.
- Collect and analyse market and industry intelligence to shape sales and marketing strategies.
- Plan and execute regional sales activities such as roadshows, trade shows, product demonstrations and the development of key opinion leaders and key opinion customers.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Proactive, self‑driven and action‑oriented with strong market development and account management capabilities.
- Goal‑focused with a high achievement orientation and excellent communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Experience in the medical, dental or clinical industry is strongly preferred.
