Data Analyst III (Remote – Costa Rica)

About the role

We are seeking a senior‑level Data Analyst to join our analytics team on a fully remote basis from Costa Rica. In this role you will turn complex data into actionable insights that drive business performance and customer understanding across the LATAM region.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business performance and customer behavior to generate actionable insights.
• Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and analytical models.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Partner with finance, operations, and other analytics teams to support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in data or business analytics.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Business or a related field.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL proficiency.
• Experience with Python or a comparable analytical programming language.
• Hands‑on expertise with Power BI or similar BI tools.
