Customer Support Associate

About the role

The Customer Support Associate provides internal support to the sales and operations teams while acting as a liaison to clients. This role ensures smooth handling of client transactions, pre‑ and post‑sales queries, and daily banking and accounting functions within a financial services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming telephone calls and emails from internal and external customers, adhering to agreed SLAs.
• Accurately input and update client information in Salesforce (SFDC) for every action taken.
• Monitor transactions, generate frequent reports, and serve as a dedicated point of contact for assigned clients.
• Act as a bridge between Sales, Clients, and Operations, ensuring timely case updates and callbacks.
• Deliver professional email communications and maintain comprehensive records in SFDC.
• Support compliance and regulatory requirements and achieve high QA scores.
