About the role
Join Kimberly-Clark’s global team that supports iconic brands such as Huggies®, Kleenex®, and Scott®. As a Customer Logistic Analyst you will help ensure seamless logistics and service execution for customers worldwide, turning complex challenges into efficient solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and support Customer Logistics operations to guarantee effective service execution and performance.
- Monitor logistics and service KPIs, identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Supply Chain, Customer Service, Commercial, Operations) to deliver end‑to‑end customer solutions.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and analyses to aid operational and business decision‑making.
- Identify root causes for service or logistics issues and contribute to corrective actions.
- Participate in process improvement and standardization initiatives to boost efficiency and customer experience.
- Support senior analysts and managers by providing data‑driven insights and recommendations.
Required profile
- Strong performance mindset with a focus on integrity, efficiency, and collaboration.

- Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional, collaborative environments.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) for client interactions.
