Creative QA Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly detail‑oriented Creative QA Specialist to ensure the accuracy, consistency and functionality of digital creative assets and marketing campaigns before they go live. In this role you will validate deliverables against brand, client and technical requirements, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to maintain high‑quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive QA reviews of banners, emails, landing pages, digital ads, multimedia content and other campaign components.
• Validate creative content for alignment with client requirements, brand guidelines, design specs, copy accuracy and campaign objectives.
• Test campaign elements for proper functionality, formatting, asset placement, links, tracking and responsiveness across devices.
• Identify, document, prioritize and track creative defects, escalating issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, campaign specialists and project managers to resolve quality issues.
• Develop and maintain QA checklists, SOPs and documentation to improve governance.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurring defects.
• Analyze quality metrics and dashboards to identify trends and optimization opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Quality Assurance, preferably within creative, digital marketing or advertising environments.
• Strong background reviewing digital campaigns and validating creative assets.
• Knowledge of quality control methodologies, defect tracking and process standardisation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and communicate findings clearly.
