About the role
Four Seasons Resort Peninsula Papagayo is seeking an enthusiastic entry‑level cook to join its culinary team. You will work in a dynamic, eco‑luxury environment, supporting the chef and delivering high‑quality dishes to guests.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items following the chef’s recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and kitchen equipment.
- Assist with restaurant service, including plating and food presentation.
- Follow food safety and good manufacturing practices at all times.
- Manage resources efficiently, ensuring proper rotation and use of ingredients.
Required profile
- Current valid food handling certificate.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
