About the role

Four Seasons Resort Peninsula Papagayo is seeking an enthusiastic entry‑level cook to join its culinary team. You will work in a dynamic, eco‑luxury environment, supporting the chef and delivering high‑quality dishes to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items following the chef’s recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and kitchen equipment.
• Assist with restaurant service, including plating and food presentation.
• Follow food safety and good manufacturing practices at all times.
• Manage resources efficiently, ensuring proper rotation and use of ingredients.

Required profile

• Current valid food handling certificate.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
