CAD/CAFM Analyst

About the role

JLL is hiring an Occupancy Planning and Management Analyst in Belen, Costa Rica. The role supports the management of client CAFM/IWMS systems, space and occupancy data and the reporting that drives real estate decisions across global portfolios. It works closely with occupancy planners, project managers, facilities teams, corporate real estate stakeholders and CAD partners.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate space, occupancy, employee and organizational data in CAFM/IWMS databases for reporting, benchmarking and portfolio management.
• Validate data readiness and run regular quality assurance reviews, audits and remediation tracking.
• Coordinate drawing updates with CAD and CAFM vendors, reviewing AutoCAD/Revit files, redlines, XREFs, layering standards and room polylines.
• Process additions or removals of buildings, floors, spaces, employees and organizational hierarchy in the CAFM/IWMS platform.
• Prepare recurring occupancy and space reports, dashboards and analytics on vacancy, utilization, density, supply and demand and cost metrics, and support ad-hoc requests.
• Maintain and standardize as-built AutoCAD/Revit floor plans and publish drawings into CAFM/IWMS using BOMA and client standards.
• Manage user access, support application testing, issue resolution and enhancement validation, and train client users and internal teams.

Required profile

• Advanced student or bachelor's degree or diploma, preferably in Architecture, Interior Design, Facilities Management or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in occupancy planning, space management, CAFM/IWMS administration or corporate real estate data management.
• Advanced English level.
• Strong understanding of BOMA space categorization and ability to interpret floor plans and manage large datasets.

Required skills

• AutoCAD, with experience reviewing and maintaining architectural floor plans and drawing standards.
• CAFM/IWMS systems such as TRIRIGA, Archibus, Serraview, FM Systems or Manhattan Centerstone.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint for reports, dashboards and analytics.
• Preferred: Revit, knowledge of occupancy metrics and benchmarking, and experience in data governance and system testing.
