Bookkeeper / Accountant for Restaurant Concepts

About the role

Teamswell is seeking a detail‑oriented Bookkeeper/Accountant to support multiple restaurant concepts. The role involves day‑to‑day accounting execution and close collaboration with the company’s management team.

Key responsibilities

• Enter invoices with accurate coding and process accounts payable transactions.
• Perform bank and credit‑card reconciliations.
• Prepare weekly itemized income and expense snapshot reports.
• Support month‑end close procedures.
• Draft profit & loss statements and balance sheets by concept.
• Conduct balance‑sheet reconciliations and maintain audit‑ready financial documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Strong understanding of U.S. accounting fundamentals.
• Hands‑on experience with QuickBooks (Desktop or Online).
• Experience supporting multi‑entity businesses.
• Comfortable working in cloud‑based systems and Microsoft 365.
• Proactive communicator with high attention to detail.
