Bilingual Virtual Executive Assistant (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual virtual executive assistant to support a senior executive of a US or Canadian startup. The role is fully remote and serves as the right‑hand for the executive, handling both administrative and operational tasks while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses and event planning.
• Develop and improve workflows, create reports, analyse data, draft SOPs and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate internal projects and facilitate cross‑functional communication.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role (e.g., Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer, Account Manager).
• Fluent English (C1 level) with strong written and spoken skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently without constant supervision.

• Base salary $1,200 USD/month, up to $1,600 USD/month total with raises every six months.
