About the role

We are seeking a fully bilingual (English & Spanish) Sales Development Representative to generate outbound leads and set appointments for commercial and residential investment property loan products. The position is remote and operates on an independent‑contractor basis, offering flexible working hours and the chance to work with fast‑growing international companies.

Key responsibilities

  • Make a minimum of 100 outbound prospecting calls per day to real‑estate investors and borrowers.
  • Book and qualify at least 10 appointments daily for senior loan advisors.
  • Educate prospects on loan solutions and gather preliminary qualification information.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline updates in the CRM and follow up via phone, email, and SMS.
  • Collaborate with loan officers and underwriting teams to support deal flow.
  • Manage outbound campaigns using US‑based dialer platforms.

Required profile

  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • 2+ years of experience in sales development, appointment setting, or outbound sales.
  • Proven cold‑calling track record with consistent activity and appointment‑setting metrics.
  • Background in real‑estate finance, mortgages, or investment‑property financing is strongly preferred.

Required skills

  • CRM platforms: HubSpot, PipeDrive, Go High Level.
  • Dialer tools: AirCall, CloudTalk or similar US‑based dialers.
  • Excellent objection‑handling and communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
