Back End Developer (Adobe Experience Manager)

About the role

We are looking for a Back End Developer to join our team delivering enterprise‑level digital solutions with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). You will work closely with technical leads, project managers and frontend teams to build scalable, high‑quality backend components for AEM Cloud projects.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a subject‑matter expert on AEM Cloud and Java development.
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services such as Sling servlets, Sling models, OSGi components, and workflows.
• Build and support integrations between AEM and external systems via RESTful APIs.
• Write unit tests, perform testing, and ensure code quality.
• Manage content deployment workflows and troubleshoot platform issues.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, update tickets, and document work in Jira and Confluence.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Adobe Experience Manager, preferably AEM Cloud.
• Strong Java development skills and familiarity with related frameworks.
• Ability to produce maintainable, scalable code and thorough documentation.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, client‑service environment.
