AutoCAD Specialist

About the role

CBRE is looking for an AutoCAD Specialist to join its Design function. You will create and maintain electronic working plans, maps, and drawings for small to medium‑scale projects, supporting both internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare prints of original plans and records for internal and external agency use, reviewing updated drawings for changes using CAD techniques.
• Gather on‑site data by conducting surveys, preparing detailed reports, and entering information into the database.
• Assist in developing spatially accurate and technically correct maps and drawings.
• Serve as the point of contact for partners to obtain project details such as equipment, materials, and codes.
• Maintain current building condition data and ensure compliance with standardized procedures and deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to follow existing procedures to solve standard problems and make informed judgments.
• Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
• English proficiency at B2 level.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD or similar computer‑aided drafting software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
