Atlassian Cloud Administrator – Remote (US Hours)

About the role

Insight Global is looking for a proactive Atlassian Cloud Administrator to support Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence in a remote, near‑shore setting. You will ensure platform availability, performance, and continuous improvement while working US business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across Atlassian Cloud products.
• Manage user access, permission schemes, and project/workflow configurations.
• Maintain and enhance system integrations with tools such as Slack, GitHub, and custom REST APIs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement best practices, governance, and security policies.
• Lead incident management, root‑cause analysis, and process optimization initiatives.
• Assist in onboarding new teams, delivering user training, and supporting upgrades and feature rollouts.

Required profile

• Proven experience administering Atlassian Cloud products (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence).
• Strong understanding of Atlassian automation, workflow and permission schemes, and project configuration.
• Hands‑on experience with SQL for reporting and analytics.
• Experience supporting platform integrations and working with REST APIs.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and incident‑management skills.
• Effective communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
