Appointment Setter (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Appointment Setter to engage potential customers, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for our sales team. The role is fully remote and requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to handle objections while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospects via outbound calls, email, social media, and other channels.
• Introduce the company’s products or services in an engaging manner.
• Qualify leads by assessing needs, interest, and fit.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, consultations, or demos for sales representatives.
• Follow up with prospects to minimize no‑shows and nurture leads not ready to book.
• Record all interactions, prospect details, and follow‑up activities in the CRM.
• Manage calendars and coordinate appointment times between prospects and sales staff.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment‑setting targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth hand‑off of qualified leads.
• Provide feedback on prospect responses, objections, and common needs.

Required profile

• Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, inside sales, lead generation, or customer service.
• Proven ability to make outbound calls and consistently qualify leads.
• Comfortable working toward daily and monthly performance targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote sales team.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote‑work setup.
• Professional, proactive, and target‑oriented attitude.
• English proficiency for communicating with English‑speaking prospects.
