About the role
As an Account Specialist I at Emerson, you will be the primary point of contact for customers after the sale, ensuring their needs are met and their experience exceeds expectations. You will work closely with sales representatives and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and maintain strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Provide outstanding post‑sale support to customers and sales teams.
- Act as a single point of contact for customer representatives and Emerson sales staff.
- Manage full order lifecycle, including technical information, pricing, and coordination of reports, service‑level improvement programs, and Return Material Authorizations (RMA).
- Monitor order status, expedite shipments, and update customers via portals.
- Communicate customer satisfaction levels to management and proactively address issues.
- Collaborate with quality teams to resolve RMA and non‑conformance reports promptly.
- Oversee NPM renewals and maintenance contracts.
- Identify and advise on business or financial risks based on customer interactions.
Required profile

- Proven ability to build and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations.
